Very basic but Im addicted. Ive tried other apps but I keep coming back to this one. The sounds are good, the variation on exercises is fine, and the timing is perfect. Cant live without it!
Fun. The exercises are short enough so Ill actually do them because of the small time commitment yet feel intense.
Short, fun and easy to follow exercises. Crank to 24 sets and you get quite a workout!
Excellent start to my day. Short enough that I have no reason to say no. Intense enough that I can feel the difference after 7 days on only 8 sets per day.
I really like this app but....the sound keeps gliching out and its useless to me with no sound to warn you of start and stop times.
Really well-designed app. And fun implementation with the Samurai warrior instructor that tells you when to start and stop. Love it! Did my first workout today, and took under 5 minutes - I was breathing hard. Also, I dont want to upset that Samurai instructor, so I better do things well.

Some bad moments

Great little app... It does a thorough job without leaving one sore for the rest of the day.
It gets me off my butt each day and has me do something, I like it, wish they had more exercises though
Good short work out. Gets the blood moving and hits multiple muscle groups. The music is silly and the voice too but it works
I couldnt get through it because of the annoying music :/ Ill stick with the Carrot fit app any day over this.
Great workout and simple but solid interface. Only want to be able to hear my music playing when working out opposed to the apps music.
I use this app once everyday after waking up, and its a great way to stay fit.
